World Languages Department
The primary goal of Foreign Language is to develop linguistic proficiency and cultural sensitivity in order to prepare students to participate in our global society. The four essential skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing are balanced within each level, and students increasingly develop their communicative skills as they deepen their appreciation of other cultures.
