On Wednesday, Sept. 25, five teams from United Jr./Sr. High School participated in the Indiana County Junior Envirothon at Blue Spruce Park. Three 8th grade teams and two 7th grade teams competed against other schools in Indiana County schools.
The topics were Current Issues, Wildlife, Aquatics, Soil and Erosion, and Forestry. The Lions 8 (Blue ) received a third place medal for the 8th grade competition. Congratulations to everyone who participated.
