SchoolCafé Online System
United School District families are encouraged to utilize SchoolCafé - a FREE tool to manage their children's meal accounts. SchoolCafé is available online on your computer as well as on mobile devices via the app from the AppStore or Google Play.
Within SchoolCafé, you can do the following:
- access your child's purchase history
- monitor account balances
- receive low balance alerts
- make online payments
- set up automatic payments any time your student's account falls below your predetermined limit
SchoolCafé Payments Walkthrough
Please note that there is a small convenience fee for online payments. To avoid the convenience fee, families can make meal payments via check (payable to United Cafeteria) or cash at any time. Payments can be dropped off at your child's school. Be sure to place payments in an envelope clearly marked “United Cafeteria” with the child’s name, amount and parent contact information in the event of any questions. If the payment is for more than one student, indicate how the money should be split (for example, Johnny = $10.00 and Sally = $15.00). Payment can be made in any amount to best suit a family’s budget.
To create your SchoolCafé account, you will need your child's Student ID number. Student ID numbers can also be found by logging into the PowerSchool Parent Portal. For assistance with Student ID numbers, please contact your child's school office.
All families are strongly encouraged to set-up low balance alerts and/or to regularly check the balance of their students’ meal accounts online at www.schoolcafe.com
